We’re the largest independent estate agent in Essex and Greater London. We offer an award-winning service and our customer care is second to none. To further boost our brand and entice more property buyers we want to get into the nationals.

Implementation

A press office was set-up to generate and respond to all national press enquiries.

A PR campaign was created generating a series of media releases about key industry topics, government budgets, top properties etc. Research was also undertaken to highlight key growth areas, impact of Crossrail and confidence in the marketplace.

Case studies were also created to demonstrate Beresfords’ services to the first-time buyer and those further up the property ladder.

Client has gained coverage in the nationals every month. We’ve also gained sustained coverage in major regionals too, such as The Evening Standard and Metro.

Beresfords are often called upon by the nationals to comment on key industry issues, placing them as top industry experts.

Recent stats have shown that a property placement in a national newspaper provides at least a further 500 hits on their website a day.
