Big Wave PR Wins Life Arts Wellbeing Festival

By: BW-Hilary

With years of experience in providing events PR and public relations services for events and festivals across Essex, Big Wave PR is proud to have won the PR and marketing for the largest wellbeing festival in East Anglia, the Life Arts and Wellbeing Festival. The campaign will seek to raise awareness of the event across Essex, via media relations and PR opportunities.

Another new business win: Life Arts Wellbeing Festival

The festival, which will include yoga, live music, NHS health checks, pain relief workshops, mindfulness, meditation and more will be taking place on 15-16 June at Chelmsford City Racecourse. Big Wave PR will be utilising its events PR experience to spread the word and open-up fresh opportunities for the festival.

This prestigious event will attract 4000 visitors through its doors over two days. Once inside the festival visitors will be treated to a wide-range of free-of-charge activities to help boost their wellbeing. The Life Arts Wellbeing Festival will also be raising much-needed funds for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.

Experts from a wide range of spheres will run a series of workshops. TV presenter, author and superfood chef, Juliette Bryant, will demonstrate how to cook healthy food on a budget. Top chiropractor, Alex Cover, will talk about how to let go of pain by releasing blocked energies and will also be offering free spinal checks. There’s also workshops from mystic, Flavia Kate Peters, and shaman, Barbara Meiklejohn-Free, to discover how you can face your fears and rid your life of phobias and anxiety.

This year new wellness zones have been created including a yoga studio. Here visitors can enjoy hatha yoga, chair yoga, gong bath, drum circle, yoga flow and a family rave! There will also be a ‘Buddha Cave’ for meditation guidance classes, plus a relaxing ‘chill-out’ space.

The festival will also feature over 120 stands, allowing visitors to find out more about a wide range of holistic therapies. Taster treatments will also be on offer as well as life coaching, feng shui and cutting-edge health products. The charity Kids Inspire will also be on-hand to discuss their therapeutic group workshops for young people.
