We’re an independent amongst big brand restaurants at Freeport Braintree. How do we stand out from the crowd?

Implementation

A celebration of independence and strong community links were created to build brand awareness and engender a solid loyal fan base. A series of innovative events at the restaurant were set-up to excite local audiences and to firmly position the organisation as part of the local community. Fun events, such as pancake races, barrel rolling competitions, pizza making events and once in a lifetime chances to meet a medal winning Olympian from London 2012.

Events with local school children and charities grabbed headlines and spread awareness. In celebration of their small business status, and thanks to their first-rate customer service, a series of awards were also entered, restaurant reviews set-up and online content generated to keep restaurant top of mind.

Impact

A client for ten years it proves that we’re doing something right and ensuring return on investment. The PR campaign helped achieve exponential growth, walk off with series of top awards, collect rave reviews and become part of the community.
